At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additionalbenefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to theAustrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for thisposition. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertiseand skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collectiveagreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 67.000 € gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).

How You Will Make An Impact
- Provide professional consultation on human resources policy and operational support to the organization. Be trusted HR advisor for managers and employees
- Implement the company policy regarding compensation and benefits. Handle compensation and benefits related topics: provides support and guidance to managers and employees. Identify new providers and new elements for compensation and benefit package
- Support employee relations activities by investigating and resolving issues concerning working conditions as well as people related issues
- Collaborate with managers to boost performance and retention throughout the teams. Assist Line Managers to address specific people topics by advising on options (in context of Company policy and local labour law), assessing risk and acting as consultant to help managers decide on the best course of action
- Handle data and documentation handling at a local level as the need arises.
- Update and keep data accurate in HR systems
- Support regional HR BP on Implementation of local HR activities and projects in alignment with the organization requirements.
- Be first point of contact for new employee and hiring manager from offer accept through onboarding, handle inquiries from new hires, implements and ensures follow-up of the probation
- Organize presentation sessions on various HR topics (new programs launching, new initiatives etc.)
- Provide input and guidance on local HR processes
- Responsible for Global Engagement Survey
- Performs exit interviews and maintains reporting and Lessons Learned
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager or HR team.
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- Proven experience above as HR generalist (7-10 years), proven management experience
- Sufficient knowledge of employment law in Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan
- Deep understanding of HR processes and tools, basic commercial knowledge, ability to manage service providers
- Strong intercultural experience, understanding of the specificities of doing business in the region; commitment to the principals of compliance
- Strong problem-solving skill, flexible and solution-oriented
- Highly organized, detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Proactive, with communication skills and team payer
- Strong sense of accountability
- Customer focus
- Good command of English, fluent Russian
