Role And Responsibilities
As a sales HR Assistant, you will be responsible for:
General admin duties
Attend careers fairs / recruitment days
Monitoring customer order levels requesting order increases where required
Right to work checks and ensuring the correct data is kept on file
Respond to maternity/paternity queries, providing a timely and professional solution
Provide data analysis and insights to the commercial director
Contract reviews and re-issues
Playing an integral role in the recruitment and selection process, from job advert to induction
Essential Skills And Experience
Proven experience working in a busy HR environment
Well organised, attention to detail, able to prioritise appropriately
Excellent communication skills
At Least One Of The Following Is Required
Ability to communicate (written & verbal) other languages as we employ multiple nationalities throughout our business.
Clean, valid driving licence essential
Salary And Benefits
Full time, permanent position
Salary £26,000 per annum, based on a 45-hour week.
Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm - Office based
28 days holiday
Annual Bonus and Salary scheme
