Global Operations Analyst

We are hiring a Global Operations Analyst in London, England to bring needed support, technical and intellectual horsepower, and diverse perspectives to the Global Operations Team at Premise. The Global Operations Analyst will support the Global Operations team in the design, implementation, and monitoring of client data collection efforts, growth of Premise in new countries, and cross-functional engagement with several internal teams, including Customer Success, Product and Engineering. This role will have a particular immediate focus on our work in Europe & Eurasia and may also assist work in other regions. What You Get To Do Work alongside the Global Operations team to design, implement and deploy client data collection efforts across the globe, with a particular immediate focus on Europe/Eurasia. Work closely with our on-the-ground support to localize our operations, brainstorm creative tactics for engaging Contributors, and escalate feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide operational context for meeting data collection Support the design and deployment of engagement experiments to help build strong Contributor networks.
