The Company:Our client is a well-established and award winning company with International operations.Main duties:To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.The Role:- To respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner- To manage and prioritise existing enquiries and escalate as necessary- To process orders into the database and carry out general administration- To follow up on orders and ensure delivery status is updated regularly to communicate any delays appropriately- To manage returns and refund process and issue credit or debit notes as appropriate- To liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of the businessThe Candidate:- Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential- Previous experience in customer service and/or admin - Desirable- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality- Excellent communication skills and a team player- IT literateThe Salary: up to £30,000 p.a. + BenefitsFrench Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
