
Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
Answer phones, interact with clients, scan paperwork, organize files, data entry
Requirements:
Proficient in English and Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good phone & people skills
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Hardworking, self-motivated
Must be able to multitask and follow directions
Works well with a team
Must maintain a positive attitude
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and a great work ethic
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
High degree of accuracy and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be time efficient
Reliable transportation
Saturday availability is a plus
Bulgarian, Serbian, Romanian and/or Russian fluency is a plus
