Front desk receptionist – Administrative
OLÉ LANGUAGES SPANISH SCHOOL is recruiting a Language Consultant, Administrative-Customer Care.
The responsibilities are:
- Front desk reception
- Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email) and provide general information on our courses and services
- Processing new applicants
- Provide assistance to students
- Managing visa documents
- Planning assistant coordinator
- Responsible for processing payments
- In charge of ordering supplies (stock control and inventory)
- Strategic behaviour to attract additional clients
Other tasks are:
- General administrative duties
- Other assign
Requirements:
- Capable of taking responsability and self-starter
- English and Spanish are required. Russian, German or another third language is a plus.
- Create strategies to be oriented to sales (to obtain new students)
- Good IT skills
- A problem solver person
- Self-motivated, flexible and willing to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
- Looking for a long term position
We offer:
