Executive Ecommerce Operations
Responsibilities
- To involve in the strategic planning of online and offline marketing materials
- Responsible for all online operations across all eCommerce platforms, Marketplace and Inventory Management System (training will be provided)
- Manage and liaise with key digital/ tech providers of the brand
- Launch new products on clients website/ Inventory Management system and eMarketplace
- Write SEO-friendly content to be put up on the Brand’s digital sales platforms
- Liaise with the relevant teams on promotion planning
- Assist with the planning of listing and promotion for all eCommerce platforms and eMarketplace
- Ensure promotion and launches are executed smoothly
- Become the subject-matter expert on the brand’s Digital Channels and tools
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to expand sales
- Assist the relevant teams to plan and organize photoshoot of products
- Assist the relevant teams to develop digital visual assets to be put up onto the website and digital advertising platforms
- Assist with customer service enquiries
- Responsible for the generation of all daily, weekly and monthly report related to the sales and operations on the eCommerce and eMarketplace channel
- Provide analysis, insights and suggestions on for the relevant teams
- Undertake independently the data operation analysis work of the respective digital sales channel, such as, but not limited to, user experience and behaviour, growth conversion
- Prepare all necessary order processes documents such as invoices, packing list and shipping labels
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Marketing/Business or any relevant subject
Experience:
- Between 1 – 2 years of eCommerce and/ or website management experience
Additional requirements:
- Should have a Singaporean PR/ be of Singaporean Nationality
- Able to conduct good analysis and possess excellent data report presentation capabilities, able to think and analyze problems systematically. Meticulous and possess strong execution ability
- Proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel, and other web analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Basic photoshop or photo-editing skills preferred, but not necessary
- Sensitive to eCommerce, eRetail, and any social media trends
- Self-starter and a motivated individual, ability to learn and adapt quickly, not afraid to take initiative and make decisions under minimal guidance
- Should be organized, and work collaboratively with all stakeholders and peers
