Estate Manager

TAMSEL (UK) LIMITED London Full-time


Overview: Management of portfolio of properties both within the UK and abroad


·Management and supervision of all aspects of repair and maintenance (proactive and reactive)

·Developing and maintaining relationships with third party suppliers

·Internally project managing minor refurbishments and modifications

·Managing Household and Maintenance Staff including recruitment, training, health and safety, holiday schedules

·Line Manager for Property/Facilities Manager and Residential Property Manager

·Approving invoices and bills for payment

·Negotiating and renewing household insurance

·Managing relationship with tenants; renewing leases/sourcing new tenants

·Administering fleet of vehicles

·Responsibility for budgeting of services and annual expenses for each property

·Overall responsibility of security at all sites

·Occasional travel abroad


·Russian speaker with fluent English

·Good basic technical knowledge

·Must have good all round experience of general trades and a practical disposition

·Strong computer skills and budgeting experience

·Flexible – willing to work extra hours as and when required


·Good organisation skills and able to supervise, manage and motivate staff

·A full and clean driving license

·Must be a team player/good communicator

·Must possess a positive attitude and display the ability to identify alternative solutions to problems
