Customer Support Representative (English+Russian)
PLR Worldwide Sales specializes in licensing, promoting, and marketing the mobile games developed by Playrix, one of the world's top ten highest-grossing mobile developers. Playrix is the company behind the hit games Homescapes, Gardenscapes, Wildscapes, Fishdom, and Township, which millions of people worldwide play every day.
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative based in Ireland to support our mobile games' user base, which numbers in the multi-millions. You'll interact with players from all over the world while troubleshooting issues and ensuring that player feedback is reflected in our games. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- provide tech support for our free-to-play mobile games on multiple platforms (manage player tickets with the help of support engineers)
- communicate with players and give technical advice
- identify issues, prioritize, report and follow up on them until they're resolved using internal and external tools
- collaborate with other departments, including production, QA, design, programming, legal and marketing
- research and obtain solutions and information
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Russian (advanced level and higher)
- Excellent communication skills in English, including writing
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and to effectively communicate them to people possessing various levels of technical knowledge
- Experience playing mobile games is preferred
