ONSITE: M 9am-6pm & T-F, 9am-5pm

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a qualified Customer Service Professional to join their team in Brooklyn, NY. The CSR will be responsible to help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Requirements Bilingual - English and Russian required 1-2 years of Customer Service experience Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Self-motivated and detail oriented Proactive in problem-solving Dedicated to customer service Ability to work in a team environment Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Associate's degree or higher requires
Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer 15-20 inbound calls from customers & make outbound calls Assist Walk-In Customers that need assistance Face to Face Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages changes that increase premium and benefit the customer, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
