We operate as a globally distributed team with a head office in Mumbai, India, and sales operating from Vietnam, Istanbul, and the UK. GoQuest's existing client relationships includes Tier 1 Streamers such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hotstar, SBS, Tencent, Globo Play - Brazil, Voyo in CEE to name a few, and all major Tier 1 television networks in major markets

Roles and Responsibilities
The entertainment business is in a state of evolution. Two broad shifts in the business
- Demand for local original productions. Global streamers are spending large dollars on original productions. Demand for stories and talent is at an all-time high. This demand has opened up a large opportunity for scripted formats.
- Consumption of cross-border stories. Narcos, Money Heist, Squid Games, and likes have triggered a strong trend. As much as audiences want local stories, they are also consuming more and more content from other countries. Audiences have expanded their choices beyond Hollywood. Series backed by strong stories and strong performance are seeing increasing demand.
Sales in APAC will be double down and these two trends and build a strong cross-border content distribution brand.

- Lead a larger region and manage the global sales team
- Take a business head role for a vertical. For e.g. Lead the fast channel vertical
- Move on to lead sales teams at large scale organizations
Who Should Apply?
- Those passionate about both the creative process and the business of entertainment.
- Minimum 5 years/Maximum 10 years of experience. Minimum 3 years of content sales experience. Your personal growth trajectory is, however more important than your years of experience.
- Deal-making capabilities. You will eat-sleep-breathe deal-making for licensing and development contracts. It is stressful for some and invigorating for others.
- Approach the sales process with finesse and depth as compared to a commodity sales approach. We reject more content than we agree to distribute.
- Most importantly, a stickler for process and operating guidelines. Remote work needs discipline. Process and CRM discipline is of paramount importance to us.
