Salary Ranges from $17.00- $19.00/ hr.

What is Required?

• Active Home Health Aide certification or Certified Nursing Aide certification from the state you are working in is required.
• Must provide satisfactory evidence of successful completion from a state or other Home Health Aide training program that meets the requirements or must successfully complete a Home Health Aide training and competency evaluation program prior to providing direct patient care.
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
• Cases may be available in English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Creole and Bengali. Ability to read and write any of these languages.
• Musts be available Monday - Friday at 9:00 AM - Friday at 5:00 PM and every other weekend Saturday & Sunday

You will report to the Client Coordinator.
