Business Development Manager (Medical Device)
With the digitization of healthcare, there is a largeincrease in the demand for self-teststhat can be conducted anywhere and at any time. With a drop of blood, an immunoassay lateral flow test, and our App, individuals can get access to more health data than ever before and facilitate on-line healthcare consultations.
We recently received 2 CE-certifications for CRP and HbA1c, and are preparing the organization for product launch of our novel technology, and therefore searching for a superstar to fill the crucial position of Business Development Manager. The role is part of the commercial department and reports to our Head of Sales & Marketing. At FindOut, we have a passion for diversity, healthcare and the products we develop. We are looking for someone who is result oriented, forward, fearless, self-driven with a “hunter” mentality when it comes to sales and has a passion to make a real difference for patients. You must feel comfortable with making decisions within your area of responsibility in a fast-moving company environment. As a start, you will be responsible for executing and establishing the complete sales process (from lead generation to post sales) within your district. FindOut is run in a start-up spirit with great ambitions – and we dig in where it is needed the most.
We see that you have excellent business acumen, and a proven sales record of effectively managing sales and building long term relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and marketing of FindOut’s self-test portfolio to new and existing customers together with the rest of the commercial team
- Responsible for building, developing and maintaining good and successful long term relationships with end-users to KOL
- Responsible for identifying business opportunities in new markets, so we are looking for a true hunter that can take our company to a new level where the sky's the limit!
- Accountable for attaining annual sales quota in appointed region/customers
- Represent FindOut in the market through exhibitions, seminars, congresses and other market activities
Qualifications:
- University degree in business, economics or science related field (Biomedical analyst, BMS, is a plus)
- 5+ years of work experience in similar roles from relevant industries (e.g. Healthcare, MedTech, Medical Device and/or HealthTech)
- Work experience in ISO 13485
- Work experience inin-vitrodiagnostics or other relevant sector
- Must be fluent in Swedish and English, verbally and written
- Position involves traveling, whereby a Swedish driver license B is required
