Department Description
- Physical Demands: None, Sitting – frequently; Lift/maneuver recruitment/outreach materials, chairs, and tables weighing up to 25 lbs.; Work at computer for extended periods of time.
- Lifting Requirements: Up to 25 Pounds (Light)
- Equipment Used to Perform the Duties: Computer and Peripheral Equipment - frequently.
- Work flexible schedule and occasional overtime on weekdays and weekends to meet operational and business needs.

- Experience organizing and prioritizing tasks, working and making progress on several projects simultaneously, and successfully meeting deadlines.
- Experience planning and organizing events.
- Experience using and learning new software to produce general correspondence, fillable forms, reports, spreadsheets, advertisements (fliers), and electronic calendars.
- Experience processing reimbursements and other payments.
- Experience reading, interpreting, and following policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to interact effectively and maintain excellent working relationships with faculty, staff, students, vendors, and various campus service units to accomplish job functions verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated mathematical and planning skills to develop budgets and monitor them through financial reports.
- Experience booking travel and processing expense reports in Concur.
- Experience setting up and trouble-shooting audio-visual equipment for events.
- Experience using corporate credit cards according to employer policy.
- Experience working with help-desk style ticket system (such as ZenDesk), and a wide variety of software such as: Zoom, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Eventbright, Outlook, Google Calendar, DocuSign, Trello, Instagram, Facebook.
