Position Purpose: The Loan Servicing Manager is primarily responsible for the direction and management of the bank’s Load Servicing team. This position reports to the EVP/Chief Risk Officer and is expected to: provide leadership, counsel, coaching and support to direct reports; develop and foster inter-departmental collaborative working relationships across the entire company and most specifically with retail and business development teams; be the loan operations subject matter expert and resource for the company; and continually enhance customer service/delivery through the implementation and integration of efficient and customer-focused processes, procedures and technology.

Supervisory Responsibility :
Directly supervises Loans Servicing Department team members.
Working Conditions :
This position requires the individual be available after normal working hours, periodically on weekends and holidays to provide support, complete projects and meet deadlines.Business travel will be required to meet with vendors and attend education/training opportunities

Essential Duties :
- Manage, coach and provide leadership to the Loan Servicing Department
- Provide timely and professional support to management and staff to help achieve strategic objectives
- Ensure operational procedures are efficient, risk adjusted and effective to ensure alignment with customer delivery expectations
- Administer, provide technical support and expertise for lending and related electronic delivery systems including, but not limited to, core loan system, data processing systems, and related electronic/internet delivery systems
- Provide advice, guidance and insight regarding new/emerging customer delivery solutions and opportunities.Identify and communicate business, system and functional requirements to appropriate technical teams and business partners
- Develop, maintain and deliver management reports and analysis which measures departmental performance responsibilities and open project status
- Administer and maintain policies, procedures and risk assessments related to Loan Servicing Department
- Provide regulatory guidance and oversight related to departmental responsibilities
- Develop and maintain risk adjusted internal controls as related to departmental responsibilities
Other Duties :
- Serve on the Incident Response and Disaster Recovery teams.
- Provide technical training
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- 7+ banking operations experience preferred
- IT and/or business analyst experience desired
