Our attorneys draw upon their vast experiences to advocate for clients in various personal injury matters. Our clients know that when they hire our firm, they will receive high-quality legal representation. Our firm specializes in automobile accident litigation, slip and fall, wrongful death claims, premise liability claims and personal injury matters.

We are looking for a bright and energetic Associate Personal Injury Attorney who wants to bring her or his ambitions and desires to grow with the firm that provides a path to partnership. The ideal candidate will have an interest in working directly with our clients and handling their personal injury matters from inception through resolution. We offer a competitive base salary plus profit sharing and bonuses.

Particular Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Independently handle personal injury matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft substantive pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other necessary legal documents.
• Draft demand letters and negotiate reductions.
• Conduct recorded statements, depositions, argue and defend motions and attend hearings.
  

What To Bring (Requirements)

• Some experience in handling personal injury matters preferrable.
• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Bi-lingual is a plus (Spanish or Russian).
