Administrative Assistant & Social Media Manager

Back2Health Physical Therapy Los Angeles Full-time

Business owner is in need of an administrative assistant to assist with multiple companies. We are looking for someone available to work 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday and the occasional evening or weekend as needed. Flexibility with your schedule is preferred. We are seeking someone creative that sees themselves as more than just an assistant. Our owner is a both a Doctor as well as an Entrepreneur of companies outside of the medical world. The ideal candidate can help him with the day-to-day operations of his businesses, lend a hand with some personal assisting duties, and help manage and over see his social media as well as work with his marketing team.


We Require The Following Qualifications


  • excellent customer service
  • a polished and professional appearance
  • strong administrative experience
  • strong organizational skills (the ability to use your time and resources efficiently and effectively)
  • have your own reliable transportation and the flexibility to run errands as needed
  • strong background in ALL social media and LinkedIn platforms, sales funnel knowledge a plus
  • strong writing skills
  • literacy in Windows and Mac
  • flexibility to work out of both our Encino and Hollywood offices
  • bilingual in spanish, farsi, armenian, or russian is a plus (but not required)
