In your position, you and your international team will take care of all customer care and relationship management, as well as operational tasks related to sales. What You Will Be Doing

  • Customer support/relationship management for selected customers in the segment
  • Establishing and expanding working relationships with customers
  • Developing understanding of business situation (incl. market and competitors) and growth potential of customers for order/business development
  • Commercial and technical clarification with customers
  • Developing customers in the segment and winning orders

What You Bring To The Job

  • Completed commercial training or university studies
  • Professional experience (after completion of training) in sales / customer service
  • Confident handling of modern PC software and communication (e.g. MS Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP/CRM systems (preparation of quotations, price calculation)
  • Reliable, determined and independent - in executing assigned tasks
  • Strong team spirit and self-organisation skills
  • The ability to deal with a changing workload
  • Travel Requirementsapprox. 1 x per month within Europe, 1-4 days (customer visits, trade fairs); recently less
  • Ge: A2 – Lower intermediate
  • En: B2 – Upper Intermediate
  • Fr: B2 – Upper Intermediate


  • Ideally experience in B2B sales in the aviation industry or medical technology (components/materials)
  • First demonstrated people leadership skills
  • Other foreign languages (e.g. Russian)
